Job summary

NEW Alfa International is hiring an experienced Operations Manager Logistics for their Oman location. This role involves planning and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality in project deliveries. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving process improvements, and coordinating with teams and stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 5 years of logistics experience, preferably in GCC projects like ARAMCO and SABIC. Strong skills in supply chain management and communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in transport services / logistics operations.
• Experience in GCC projects (ARAMCO, SABIC) preferred.
• Safety certification (NEBOSH) is an advantage.
