Job summary

SSH is seeking a Senior Design Manager - Infrastructure to lead the design and delivery of infrastructure packages for major master plans and large-scale development projects in Oman. The role coordinates multidisciplinary design, integrating roads, utilities, drainage, grading and utilities with the master plan.

You will provide strong technical and design leadership, manage design programmes, and lead workshops and stakeholder meetings with clients, authorities and consultants from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Professional engineering qualification or chartership preferred.
• 20+ years in multidisciplinary infrastructure design management.
• Experience delivering large-scale master plans and developments in Oman/GCC.
• Experience with roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks and infrastructure planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management of large-scale infrastructure and master plans from concept to tender.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary packages: roads, utilities, drainage, grading.
• Ensure integration with master planning, architecture and landscape.
• Establish design programmes, deliverables and milestones.
• Lead design workshops and stakeholder presentations.
• Identify and manage design risks and interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with Oman regulations and SSH quality procedures.
