Job summary

Bank Nizwa in Oman seeks an accomplished investment banking professional to lead the Treasury, Investment Banking and International Business Group with a focus on capital markets and strategic advisory.

The role requires deep experience in DCM, ECM, syndicated financing, M&A and Shariah-compliant structures, with a proven track record of executing complex transactions and building client relationships across Oman and the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business; Master’s degree preferable.
• CA, CFA or FRM (Desirable)
• Minimum 12 years in banking/financial institutions with 5+ years in Investment Banking and exposure to DCM/ECM/Syndications/Advisory

Responsibilities

• Build relationships by providing sophisticated financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs and act as a content provider on market trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; serve as primary client contact for IB transactions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and other teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
