Job summary

Aramco seeks a Gas Facilities Planning Engineer to lead the development of business cases, master plans and scoping for capital projects. The GFPD division handles gas and NGL facility master planning and economic feasibility studies, supporting funding decisions.

The role involves leading IPTs, developing scope for major programs, and conducting economic evaluations. English fluency is required; senior leadership mentorship is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in gas processing, NGL facilities, or related fields.
• Experience in LNG and capital program planning is highly desirable.
• Experience in performing economic evaluations, feasibility studies and funding requests.
• Experience directing professional consultants and leading teams.
• Fluent English communication both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of business case evaluations, master planning, scoping, and techno-economic studies.
• Develop Gas & NGL capital projects from feasibility to full funding with scope, justification and alternatives.
• Lead IPTs during study and scoping phases for projects > $100M.
• Develop Gas & NGL scope for major crude, gas, refining, and chemical programs.
• Lead studies to establish project business case and economic viability; assess alternatives.
• Mentor Gas and NGL Planning engineers; present executive briefings and documents.
