Aramco seeks an LNG Economist to join the Strategy & Business Development Division within the Gas Venture Department. The role focuses on economic evaluation of LNG projects, plant investments, and offtake trading, collaborating with Treasury, Group Finance and Strategy & Market Analysis for model sign-off.

The candidate will lead economic evaluations, perform risk analysis, and train junior analysts in a dynamic, global energy environment. Work location is in Saudi Arabia with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related financial modeling experience.
• Experience with economic evaluations and cash flow analysis.
• Knowledge of structured finance, project finance or financial modeling.
• Ability to conduct Monte-Carlo stochastic risk analysis and VB Excel modeling.
• Ability to interact with senior management in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead economic evaluations for LNG and Upstream projects for M&A deals.
• Develop and interpret complex financial models and data for confidential analyses.
• Provide investment analysis advice and due diligence for deal making.
• Validate peers' models and highlight potential problems.
• Prepare management presentations and support stage-gate progression.
