Job summary

Ahlibank seeks a Fraud Risk Senior Manager to provide enterprise-wide leadership for fraud risk management, including prevention, detection, investigation, and response. The role advises Executive Management and Board committees while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.

The FRSM will also oversee the BCM framework, drive incident investigations, monitor KRIs, and coordinate with regulators and external stakeholders to strengthen resilience and crisis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• CFE or similar risk/audit certifications preferred.
• 8+ years in fraud risk management, operational risk, or audit within banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own enterprise fraud risk strategy, governance, and framework.
• Lead fraud monitoring, investigation, and response across all business lines.
• Provide senior oversight of complex fraud investigations and regulatory engagement.
• Define KRIs and ensure continuous improvement of fraud controls.
