Job summary

Experience is seeking an Audit Manager to independently lead high‑risk internal audit engagements across governance, risk management and controls. You will report to the Director of Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance and guide the audit function with standard methods and best practices.

You will mentor the audit team, coordinate with executives and drive assurance through planning, execution, and reporting while delivering value‑adding recommendations and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Internal Audit experience.
• Experience within a listed company, manufacturing, energy, industrial or Big Four environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex audit engagements from planning through reporting.
• Experience engaging with senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk-based auditing, governance and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned audit engagements from initiation through final reporting, including planning and program development.
• Perform risk and control assessments and execute fieldwork.
• Review evidence, document conclusions and communicate findings to management.
• Develop practical, value-adding recommendations and conduct closing meetings.
• Support QAIP activities and continuous improvement of audit methods.
• Liaise with management and external auditors as required.
