Job summary

Omantel is seeking a Senior Manager – Financial Audit to lead the financial audit function. This role is pivotal in enhancing governance and risk management across the organization, ensuring high-quality oversight of audit processes. You will support the GM in developing strategic plans for audit initiatives and lead engagements in compliance with global audit standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial audits, strong leadership abilities, and strategic insight into risk management practices. Knowledge in telecoms is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Oversee the full audit lifecycle including planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulations.
