Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Safety engineering, Industrial hygiene, or environmental science (preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of related safety/operational experience in oil/gas or petrochemical fields.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental compliance standards.
• Experience delivering hands-on health, safety and environmental training.
• Ability to lead and direct teams or committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead major safety and environmental initiatives and provide work direction to teams.
• Identify hazardous conditions and perform on-site safety inspections and analyses.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive HSE programs and training materials.
• Monitor adherence to safety regulations, perform audits, and report findings with corrective actions.
• Coordinate purchases of safety equipment and PPE as required.
• Support management in hazard control and incident reduction initiatives.
