Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Drilling Field Compliance Coordinator to support HSE compliance across drilling and workover operations. The role involves field inspections, audits, incident investigations, and ensuring alignment with Saudi Aramco HSE standards.

You will prepare NCRs and corrective action plans, mentor rig personnel, and contribute to safety training and emergency preparedness. The position requires field-based work with rotational schedules and a solid background in oil &

Competenze

Experience conducting field inspections and safety audits in drilling environments.
Strong knowledge of incident investigation, hazard identification and risk management.
Proven ability to prepare NCRs, investigation reports, and corrective actions.
Excellent reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in field-based environments with rotational schedules.
NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certification is required.

Mansioni

Conduct HSE audits and field inspections across drilling and workover rigs.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards, environmental requirements.
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans.
Lead or participate in incident investigations and reports.
Support pre-commencement inspections for new rigs and follow up findings.
Prepare rigs for internal and external audits (RHSEI, Well Control, LPD, Corporate, EPD).
Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend controls.
Provide HSE guidance and mentoring to rig teams.
Monitor behavioral safety via rig visits and safety meetings.
Support safety training and environmental protection initiatives.
