Project Manager – Environmental Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced professional to lead international environmental advisory projects, managing delivery, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on ESIA/SIA assessments, budgeting, and business development, ensuring projects meet IFC Performance Standards and World Bank guidelines. Strong English communication, leadership, and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience managing projects in an international environmental consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time and budget.
• Advanced knowledge of environmental regulations and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles, WB EHS).
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage environmental and social advisory projects from inception to completion.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Conduct ESIA/SIA, E&S due diligence, audits, and environmental monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and WB EHS Guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and foster repeat business.
• Develop technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and contribute to BD.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain technical excellence.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, resource management and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
