Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Engineer Flotation & De-watering Maintenance to lead maintenance, reliability, and performance optimization of flotation, dewatering, and related process plant equipment in mineral processing operations in Oman.

You will drive maintenance strategies, shutdown planning, asset integrity, and continuous improvement, guiding maintenance teams to maximize equipment availability while minimizing lifecycle costs and production losses, in compliance with safety and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in concentrator/related process plant with similar equipment.
8+ years in mining/processing industry or related; proven maintenance leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance activities for flotation cells, thickeners, filtration, pumps, and related equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize reliability and process performance.
Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; ensure SAP PM work orders are properly executed.
Lead shutdown and turnaround planning and execution for flotation and dewatering assets.
Drive asset integrity programs, risk assessments, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
Provide technical troubleshooting support and review OEM recommendations and upgrade proposals.
