Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Engineer Electrical Maintenance to lead maintenance, reliability, availability, and performance optimization of all electrical systems in the Copper Concentrator Plant. You will drive safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of HV/LV distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, UPS, and related equipment, coordinating with Operations and Project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a Copper Concentrator Plant or similar facility with comparable equipment.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance and reliability engineering.
• Proven track record in maintenance and reliability of electrical assets in large mineral processing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance management for the concentrator plant and associated infrastructure.
• Oversee reliability improvement initiatives for electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and distribution networks.
• Manage maintenance planning, preventive/predictive programs, and SAP PM work orders.
• Coordinate shutdowns, turnarounds, and asset integrity activities to minimize downtime.
