Job summary

MENA HR Solutions LLC (IBD Group) invites applications for a Maintenance Planner in Suhar, Oman. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting of heavy equipment, and supporting preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.

The candidate must have hands-on electrical maintenance experience with heavy machinery, A/C diagnostics, PLCs, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment and industrial plant machinery.
• Experience with heavy equipment electrical diagnostics and repair.
• Strong knowledge of PLC controls, sensors and safety circuits.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and plant machinery.
• Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mobile equipment, cranes, screening plants and MRPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and condition monitoring.
• Repair wiring, sensors, relays, switches and safety circuits.
• Follow safety rules including LOTO and PPE.
