Job summary

Otech is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide leadership and independent technical assurance for its data center portfolio. You will review designs, calculations, equipment selections, and capacity, ensuring safety, resilience and maintainability for continuous operation.

You will independently challenge consultants, OEMs and contractors, drive lifecycle planning, and support testing, commissioning and handover, with a focus on availability and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities and data centers.
• Ability to perform capacity planning and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior electrical engineering governance for data centers.
• Review designs, load schedules, equipment and safety requirements.
• Challenge consultants and vendors to protect operational interests.
• Support procurement with technical bid evaluation and clarifications.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover activities.
