Job summary

The PAC Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking several Senior Process Engineers for a long‑term, 100% onsite project on an e‑drive manufacturing line. You will lead installation, qualification, run‑at‑rate, SOP, and ramp‑up activities across motor, inverter, and power electronics processes.

Relocation to KSA for Sept 2026–Dec 2027 is required. English proficiency and hands‑on, takt‑driven manufacturing experience are essential; candidates must reside onsite at the client facility for the full duration.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent engineering degree in a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on production-floor ownership of a process at rate.
• Strong knowledge of takt-based manufacturing and related analytics.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, MSA/Gage R&R, and capability analysis.
• Strong PFMEA, control plans, 8D, APQP, and PPAP experience.
• Excellent English communication; relocation to Saudi Arabia for 2026–2027.

Responsibilities

• Own process definition across assigned perimeter from flow to control plans.
• Lead commissioning, SAT, DOE studies, and qualification runs.
• Deliver APQP and PPAP requirements for the area.
• Engineer to takt by balancing stations and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Drive ramp-up using scrap, rework, and downtime data to backlogs.
• Act as escalation point for production with structured problem solving.
• Design error-proofing and in-line verification measures.
• Build process data foundations through SPC and MES traceability.
