Job summary

Vodafone Oman is seeking a Digital Content & Entertainment Senior Specialist to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of its digital content and entertainment portfolio, including partnerships with local and global providers, and to develop compelling propositions that enhance customer digital lifestyles.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, and external partners to drive adoption, revenue growth, and differentiated experiences across B2C and B2B segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Business, Telecommunications, Technology, Media, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage Vodafone Oman’s portfolio of digital content and entertainment services and identify new opportunities.
• Develop differentiated digital entertainment propositions, bundles, and subscription models.
• Build partnerships with local, regional, and international content providers and platforms.
• Coordinate product launches and campaigns with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption and revenue.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize offerings to improve engagement and profitability.
• Ensure seamless customer journeys across subscription, activation, payment, usage, and support.

Education
