Job summary

Saudi Aramco seeks an experienced Senior Counsel to join the Venture Capital Transactions Legal Practice in the Project Development & Finance Law Department. You will lead legal activities around minority VC investments, including structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, with post-closing support.

You will work with management and internal clients, coordinate with outside counsel, and ensure compliance with corporate and finance law while delivering value to Aramco's VC portfolio.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent required.
• Current admission to general practice before the highest court of citizenship/residence.
• 7+ years of Project VC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal activities for negotiation and execution of financing transactions, including parent company debt, project financings, and capital markets issuances.
• Advise management and internal clients on rights, obligations, and statutory requirements in financing transactions.
• Liaise with outside counsel to negotiate and document transactions.
• Provide post-closing legal support to manage VC portfolio.
