Value International Group, based in Riyadh on site, seeks a Senior Contracts Engineer to lead contract administration for engineering projects and manage claims and disputes. The role focuses on ensuring contractual compliance, minimizing risks, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will drive contract performance, assist decision-making, and support delivery from a contractual perspective across multi-project work in the Gulf region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in contract management within engineering/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standards.
• Proven experience in claims management and dispute resolution.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Professional certifications in contracts or construction law are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Prepare, review, and negotiate complex engineering contracts; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Claims & Dispute Management: Manage EOT, variations, and financial claims; support arbitration when required.
• Advisory & Compliance: Provide expert contractual and technical advice; assess risks for informed decisions.
• Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants; mentor staff.
