Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 12–15 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Mandatory GCC construction experience.
• Experience with main contractor or EPC organization.
• Knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil construction activities across building, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Supervise site execution for RCC structures, foundations, and external infrastructure.
• Oversee underground utilities including water, sewerage, stormwater, and pipelines.
• Monitor earthworks and roadworks to ensure project compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and method statements prior to and during execution.
• Support QA/QC and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Promote HSE compliance across construction operations.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office for technical reviews and documentation.
