Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Saudi Arabia to lead the civil and structural engineering functions for our refining and CIL plant operations. This role focuses on the design oversight, construction supervision, and asset integrity of critical industrial infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will manage contractors and ensure compliance with stringent safety and quality standards, delivering projects within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Experience in heavy industrial, mining, or oil and gas sectors.
• Proven expertise in managing concrete and structural steel projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code and SASO standards.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil design and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise construction activities to meet quality plans.
• Manage external civil contractors and their progress.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve structural conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with MIM regulations.
