Job summary

Client of Skc Management Consulting seeks a Chiller Technician in Oman. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management Industry, specifically with Water & Air Cooled Chillers such as Daikin, Trane, Carrier, and York.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on chillers, with a good understanding of chilled water systems and BMS integration. The position provides accommodation and medical insurance, along with other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Facility Management Industry.
• Experience with chiller brands: Daikin, Trane, Carrier, York.
• Ability to perform emergency breakdown repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on chillers.
• Understand pump operation and connections.
• Handle BMS integration for control panels.

Skills

Experience in both Water & Air Cooled Chiller

Understanding of chilled water system

Ability to perform periodic preventive maintenance

Good command over chiller control panels

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
