Job summary

Como Facilities Management Services in Oman seeks an experienced chiller technician to operate, service and repair air- and water-cooled chillers. You will record operating parameters, diagnose faults, and manage pumps, towers, and control panels, ensuring safe fixes and compliant reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in chiller maintenance with an ITI/ Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in chiller maintenance.
• ItI/ Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
• Remote camp or oil and gas experience required; Permit-to-Work mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, service and repair chiller systems.
• Record temperature, pressure and operating parameters.
• Troubleshoot compressors, refrigerant circuits and control panels.
• Maintain pumps, cooling towers and related equipment.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment safely.
• Complete preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Obtain and follow the Permit to Work.
• Maintain service reports, checklists and equipment history.
• Comply with HSE, LOTO and site procedures.
