Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience.
• 5 years relevant experience in architecture design.
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that meet client needs and regulations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring on-time delivery within financial constraints.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members, providing technical expertise.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, present concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of designs, coordinating with engineering teams.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, reviewing and approving architectural plans and drawings.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning laws and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients, contractors and consultants for project alignment.
• Prepare and oversee detailed architectural documentation, drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, integrating advancements into design.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting aligned with IMS policies.
