Job summary
Alkhorayef Group is seeking a senior engineer to lead the application engineering team focused on Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) for oilfield projects. The role emphasizes design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ESP systems across the Middle East with close collaboration with sales and clients.
The candidate will guide installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning activities, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or Petroleum.
- Minimum 8 years of ESP oilfield rig and maintenance operations experience, including 3 years in ESP Applications Engineering.
- Experience with ESP applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Experience with SubPUMP or similar well performance modelling tools.
- CRM experience and customer relationship management is required.
- Upstream oil and gas industry experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of application engineers in ESP system design and delivery.
- Support sales in tender preparation for the Middle East region.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to optimize ESP performance.
- Oversee project management, invoicing, and financial performance for ESP projects.
- Engage with clients to develop tailored ESP solutions and coordinate delivery.
