Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable module.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in KSA and familiarity with local regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile AP sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Generate AP reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
