Job summary

Accor's luxury resort seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations across resort areas, lead patrols, and ensure all access points and restricted zones are properly controlled. You will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, respond to incidents, conduct inspections, and enforce policies.

Collaboration with Front Office, Engineering and Housekeeping is essential. Experience in hospitality security, supervisory roles, and knowledge of safety regulations will help you manage VIP

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Security Management or Criminology preferred.
• 1–3 years in security operations, preferably in hospitality or luxury resorts.
• Experience in supervisory security role is highly preferred.
• Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security procedures.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas.
• Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and posts.
• Ensure access points and restricted areas are properly controlled.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to detect and respond to incidents.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Report and document incidents accurately and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular security inspections to identify risks.
• Enforce security policies and access control standards.
• Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements.
• Support crowd control and safety during events.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping for security needs.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and logbook records.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff.
• Ensure staff grooming and adherence to standards.
• Assist in emergency responses, evacuations, drills.
• Monitor contractor/visitor access for security compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality in guest and operational matters.

Qualifications
