Job summary

Faena The Red Sea is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations and protect guests, staff, and resort assets at our ultra-luxury property. The role requires leadership of security officers, monitoring of patrols and CCTV, and swift response to incidents while maintaining discretion and guest-centric service.

Responsibilities include enforcing access control, coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and Housekeeping, and conducting shift handovers and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts.
• Prior supervisory security experience is highly preferred.
• Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security procedures.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
• Maintain grooming and professional standards for all security personnel.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at FAENA, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and resort assets. The role supervises security officers, monitors patrols and surveillance systems, responds to incidents, and enforces safety procedures while maintaining a discreet, professional approach aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records.
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
• Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
• Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills.
• Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.

Qualifications
