Job summary

Jobleader is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Salalah, Oman operation. The role oversees daily restaurant activities to deliver exceptional dining experiences, manage staff, and optimize operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, strong English communication, and a hospitality-focused background. Salary is competitive, with visa sponsorship available and full-time hours in Salalah.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in hospitality or related field is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, menu selection, inventory, and budget.
• Train, supervise, and schedule employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers by ensuring a clean and organized restaurant.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management to control costs.
• Develop new menu items and specials to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
