The role requires 5+ years of executive chef experience in high-volume Indian settings, strong leadership, and cost-control expertise. Salary is 1600 USD per month, negotiable based on experience; housing is not provided, so candidates must arrange their own housing.

Qualifications

• Proven menu creation and kitchen management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement menus showcasing authentic Indian cuisine while catering to local tastes.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes.
• Monitor food cost and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment per health codes.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal promotions and special menus.
• Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure quality and presentation standards.
