Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is hiring an experienced SAP Senior BASIS Consultant in Oman for 2 months onsite. The role focuses on SAP BASIS administration, S/4HANA transformations, and RISE with SAP implementations, including Brownfield/Greenfield migrations and system upgrades.

You will oversee HANA databases, system copies, backups, cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live support while coordinating with SAP, cloud, and application teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years SAP BASIS experience.
• 3–5 years SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Practical experience with RISE with SAP implementations or conversions.
• Experience leading 2–3 full-lifecycle S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SUM, DMO, SAP HANA, OS/DB migration, and system upgrades.
• Experience with SUSE Linux and Windows Server.
• SAP BTP and cloud platform experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP BASIS administration, system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical activities for RISE with SAP implementations and S/4HANA transformations.
