Job summary

RED Global seeks an experienced SAP Finance & Procurement Lead to drive a global OneSAP transformation programme in Oman. The role bridges business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring Finance and Procurement align with cloud best practices and business goals.

The ideal consultant will lead Finance and Procurement workstreams, design standardized processes, conduct executive workshops, advise on P2P processes, and support design, testing, deployment, and change activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Finance and Procurement workstreams in ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong experience with Public Cloud ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or similar).
• Fluent English.

The ideal consultant will bring a combination of Finance and Procurement, will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring that Finance and Procurement processes are aligned with cloud best practices and business objectives.

• Lead Finance and Procurement workstreams within a Public Cloud ERP transformation programme.
• Drive business process design and standardization aligned to cloud best practices.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements.
• Advise on Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Guide business stakeholders on cloud adoption and process transformation.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and standard cloud functionality.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience leading Finance and Procurement workstreams in ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong experience with Public Cloud ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and P2P processes.
• Experience conducting workshops with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong process transformation and business consulting background.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Fluent English.
• Available for 2 days on-site work in Oman.
