Job summary

Maseera is seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Procurement Lead to drive the OneSAP transformation in Oman. The role bridges Finance and Procurement with cloud ERP best practices, engaging senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will lead design workshops, align processes to cloud functionality, and manage risks and deliverables in a complex enterprise environment. On-site presence in Oman is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Finance and Procurement workstreams in ERP transformation programmes.
• Experience with Public Cloud ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and P2P processes.
• Experience conducting workshops with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong process transformation and business consulting background.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Available for 2 days on-site work in Oman.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance & Procurement Lead with strong expertise in Public Cloud ERP implementations to support global OneSAP transformation programme in Oman.

The ideal consultant will bring a combination of Finance and Procurement, will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring that Finance and Procurement processes are aligned with cloud best practices and business objectives.
