Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks an SAP-EAMS Director to lead enterprise asset management systems, SAP EAMS readiness and asset data governance across City Operations and Asset Class BUs. You will be the business owner for SAP EAMS design, data standards and reporting, ensuring reliable operations and lifecycle planning.

The role requires senior leadership with deep knowledge of SAP EAMS, asset data models, and governance, working with digital, finance and governance

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in asset management, enterprise asset systems, or related fields.
Proven experience leading SAP EAM, SAP PM, CMMS/EAMS implementations and adoption.
Strong knowledge of asset data models, registers, hierarchies and KPIs.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across city operations, finance and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise AM systems strategy, roadmap and operating model for City AM and City Operations.
Act as the business owner for SAP EAMS design decisions, data standards and governance.
Lead SAP EAMS preparation, cut-over, integration and reporting.
Define data migration standards and validation rules for asset master data and lifecycle information.
Coordinate design reviews, UAT, mock cut-overs and go-live readiness with partners.
Own data quality controls and governance reporting on asset information.
