Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) invites applicants for the Asset Lifecycle Planning Director role to establish the city-wide lifecycle planning framework, renewal rules and risk-based prioritisation across portfolios, aligned with ISO 55001.

The role integrates condition, risk, cost and performance data, partners with SAP EAMS and enterprise systems, and coordinates with City Operations to deliver long-term value and accountable governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in asset management / lifecycle planning with senior leadership
• Experience developing lifecycle frameworks, renewal rules and risk-based prioritisation
• Experience with SAP EAMS/CMMS and data integration
• Public sector / infrastructure experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Define city-wide lifecycle planning framework, standards and governance aligning with ISO 55001 principles
• Lead renewal rules, intervention approaches and prioritisation for portfolios and districts
• Coordinate lifecycle cost modelling, renewal forecasts and budget inputs
• Ensure integration with SAP EAMS, enterprise data and dashboards for decision support
• Provide leadership across City AM, ensuring lifecycle plans reflect asset condition and operation realities
