Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Individual Sales and Branch Targets: Consistentlymeet or exceed individual monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch'soverall sales performance by supporting the team in achieving collective goals.
• Team Collaboration and Staff Support: Actively contributeas a team player to achieve branch goals based on key performance indicators.Provide guidance and coaching to new staff, helping them integrate quickly intothe bank.
• Customer Acquisition and Business Development: Contactpotential customers daily, through both in-branch and outside sales calls, toidentify new business opportunities. Maintain detailed reports on closed dealsand customer interactions.
• Market Awareness and Competitive Analysis: Continuouslyobserve the competition and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local marketposition to inform strategic decisions and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
• Process Adherence and Audit Compliance: Strictly adhere tobranch processes and promptly report any deviations to the Senior PersonalBanker, ensuring compliance with policies and contributing to a favorablebranch audit rating.
• Service Improvement and Feedback: Provide constructivefeedback on products, services, and processes to help reduce cycle times, lowercosts, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Customer Retention and Complaint Resolution: Work tominimize customer attrition and grow the bank's customer base by improvingservice levels and resolving complex customer complaints in coordination withother team members.
• Diverse Customer Handling: Provide high-quality service tocustomers from diverse demographics, handling inquiries and issues without biasregarding nationality, income, or race.
• Sales Reporting and Goal Tracking: Attend weekly salesmeetings with the Branch Manager to discuss progress and strategies, report ontarget achievements, and participate in follow-up meetings to ensure consistentperformance improvement.
• Process Innovation, Automation and Digitalization: Drivecontinuous process improvement through innovative, automated, and digitalsolutions where required.
