AlSaree AutoTechnics in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and profitability. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, English fluency, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Expect occasional travel to connect with clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry with minimum 2 years.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for work when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Manage, train and motivate a team of sales representatives
