Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Pakistani market.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of market trends, competition and customer needs in the Pakistani market.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Fluency in Urdu is preferred.
