Job summary

NexaVision in Nizwa, Oman, is seeking a skilled Indian Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of leadership experience to oversee daily operations.

You will manage staff, control costs, ensure food quality and safety, and work with the marketing team to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a monthly salary of 1,300 USD plus visa sponsorship and air tickets. Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Solid understanding of financials, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
