Job summary

Jumeirah is seeking a Reservations Assistant Manager for Jumeirah The Red Sea. You will oversee reservation operations, audit processes, and revenue-related activities while coordinating with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to optimize guest experience and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality background with leadership experience, strong PMS knowledge, and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel management from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years of experience as Reservations Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Desirable qualification in Revenue Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximise revenue opportunities and minimise inefficiencies.
• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and elevate risks related to revenue, finance and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments for satisfactory resolution.
• Keep the department updated with property information, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance efficiency.
