UpMan Placements is seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Middle East. Based in Oman or Bahrain, the role requires regional travel and strong relationship-building with new and existing clients.

The position emphasizes business development, proactive prospecting, and presenting forecasts to leadership. Remote work is available with travel as needed to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or related field.
• Experience as a sales representative or sales executive with targets met/exceeded.
• Ability to understand key financial indicators and present them clearly.
• Strong communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Business development in the region and daily proactive prospecting.
• Build and manage key customer relationships and drive growth.
• Present sales, revenue and forecasts to management with realistic outlooks.
• Identify markets and monitor competition to adjust strategies.
• Lead the sales process from planning to closure and meet targets.
