Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media, communications, broadcasting or related field required.
• At least 5 years in radio or broadcasting, with 2 years in a management or programming leadership role.
• Strong understanding of English-language radio programming and audience development.
• Experience managing presenters, producers, budgets, and broadcast schedules.
• Familiarity with radio automation, music scheduling, studio workflows and digital publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the station's programming strategy with a consistent sound and identity.
• Oversee program schedules, music selection, live shows, interviews, promotions and local content.
• Coach presenters and producers with planning and performance feedback.
• Manage staffing, training, schedules and daily broadcast operations; ensure transmission quality.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on sponsorships, campaigns and advertiser content.
• Grow audience through digital channels, events and partnerships; monitor engagement and performance.
