Job summary

AJYAL HR Solutions & Services in Oman seeks a senior content leader to direct editorial strategy across print, digital, radio, and social platforms. You will oversee editorial and production teams, shape brand voice, and drive credible, timely English- and Arabic-language content.

The role requires at least 10 years in media, including 5 in senior editorial leadership, with strong budgeting and audience analytics experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of media experience including 5+ years in a senior editorial or content leadership role.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across editorial, digital, video, broadcast, or social media.
Strong editorial judgment, leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Excellent understanding of the Oman and regional media landscape.
Experience managing budgets, production workflows, audience analytics, and digital growth.

Responsibilities

Lead content strategy and operations across print, digital, video, radio, and social media.
Oversee editorial and production teams, strengthen brand identity, grow audiences, and ensure credible, timely English- and Arabic-language content.
Set video strategy and oversee production priorities, schedules, budgets, and quality.
Oversee radio programming, schedules, and the quality of news, interviews, and audience-focused shows.
Lead publishing across websites, digital products, and social platforms; use audience data to improve reach and engagement.
Manage workflows, budgets, staffing, training, and performance across departments; support sponsorship and branded content while protecting editorial independence.
