Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in industrial, factory, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
• 3–5 years in a QA/QC Manager or Lead QA/QC role.
• Experience in GCC countries, preferably Oman.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and manage Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, approved procedures, and applicable standards.
• Manage all QA/QC personnel, inspectors, and laboratory activities.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities with clients, consultants, and third‑party agencies.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and quality requirements.
• Issue, track, and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and observations.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates.
• Analyze quality trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project meetings and provide quality performance reports to management.
• Ensure turnover and handover documentation is prepared and submitted properly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations. Requirements Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in industrial, factory, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a QA/QC Manager or Lead QA/QC role.
• Experience in GCC countries, preferably Oman.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with industrial facilities, factories, warehouses, and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ASTM, BS, ACI, AWS, ASME, and other relevant international standards.
• Excellent knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality documentation processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Chinese is an advantage.
