The PRO will ensure compliant documentation, timely processing, and effective communication between the company and external government entities, supporting overall business continuity in Oman.

Qualifications

• Experience with immigration, visa, and residency processes.
• Proficient with government portals (ROP, MOL, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Process and submit employment and residency visa applications.
• Handle residency card registrations and renewals.
• Submit and collect documents with government authorities.
• Prepare periodic status reports on visa and residency transactions.
• Coordinate with immigration officers to resolve application issues.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of government documents.
