Qualifications

• Recent Graduate from an Engineering Degree (Electrical).

Responsibilities

• Data Quality: Review the status of open enquiries.
• SOP Development: Research best internal practices and recommend SOPs to streamline workflows between Sales and Proposal team.
• Planning: Provide support to the Proposal team for bid/offer preparation.
• Integration: Coordinate between Proposal team and Sales for seamless transition from offer to order.
• Siemens One: Promote interdepartmental cooperation to align technical and commercial teams with customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in Proposal Management and suggest digital solutions to improve response times.
