What you will do

As an intern, you will support the operational backbone of our customer-facing teams:

• Data Quality:Review the status of open enquiries.
• SOP Development:Research the best internal practices and recommendStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)to streamline workflows between Sales and Proposal team.
• Planning:Provide support to the Proposal team for bid /Offer preparation.
• Integration:Assist in coordinating between Proposal team and Sales to ensure a seamless transition from "Offer " to "Order."
• Siemens One:Actively promote interdepartmental cooperation (Siemens One) to ensure technical and commercial teams are aligned on customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement:Identify bottlenecks in the Proposal Management and suggest digital solutions to improve response times.
