Siemens in Muscat, Oman is offering a 6-month Internship as a Proposal Management Intern for a fresh electrical engineering graduate. You will support the operational backbone of our customer-facing teams and gain hands-on experience in bid preparation and process optimization.

The role focuses on data quality, SOP development, interdepartmental coordination between Proposal and Sales, and promoting Siemens One collaboration to align technical and commercial needs, with plenty of room to learn

What You Will Do

As an intern, you will support the operational backbone of our customer-facing teams:

• Data Quality: Review the status of open enquiries.
• SOP Development: Research the best internal practices and recommend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows between Sales and Proposal team.
• Planning: Provide support to the Proposal team for bid /Offer preparation.
• Integration: Assist in coordinating between Proposal team and Sales to ensure a seamless transition from "Offer " to "Order."
• Siemens One: Actively promote interdepartmental cooperation (Siemens One) to ensure technical and commercial teams are aligned on customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the Proposal Management and suggest digital solutions to improve response times.

Qualifications

• Recent Graduate from an Engineering Degree (Electrical)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
