Job summary

Everserve Consultants is seeking an experienced electrical engineering professional for long‑term engagement in Oman. The role focuses on delivering 132kV/220kV/400kV GIS and OHL projects with end‑to‑end responsibility from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate brings 18+ years in HV transmission, GCC project experience, and a proven track record of managing large‑scale initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in HV transmission projects.
• GCC regional / project experience in high‑voltage transmission projects.
• Hands-on experience in 132kV / 220kV / 400kV GIS and OHL projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project execution, planning, controlling and monitoring of project activities.
• Manage project schedules, resources, manpower, equipment and construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality and HSE compliance as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle client management, project coordination and resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within the approved budget, schedule and quality standards.

• Should have previously worked on Power Transmission / Substation Construction Projects involving GIS and OHL.
• Must have hands‑on experience in 132kV / 220kV / 400kV GIS and OHL projects.
• Should have GCC regional / project experience in the execution of high‑voltage transmission projects.
• Should have a proven track record of handling large‑scale projects from initiation to completion.
