Job summary

Aptus Infotech LLC in Muscat is seeking a motivated Project Engineer specialized in ELV systems with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to manage projects from planning through handover. The role requires coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams, reviewing drawings and BOQs, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of ELV project engineering experience.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, PA, SMATV/IPTV.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience in project coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support ELV projects from execution through completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review ELV drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, materials, and deliverables.
• Coordinate ELV installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, delays, and project-related challenges.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
• Support RFIs, technical submittals, inspections, and material approvals.
• Perform other project and engineering duties as assigned.
